All items are shipped from Japan.

・ All other countries and regions: 5,600 JPY
Orders are dispatched approximately 1 to 1.5 months after the order date, in the order received.
Each piece is finished by hand by Japanese artisans, so dispatch timing may shift depending on production.
Duties and Import Taxes
Duties, import taxes and customs handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
They are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are paid directly to the local customs authority or carrier, usually on delivery.
Rates and duty-free thresholds differ by country and region, so we cannot confirm or guarantee the amount in advance.
Entering Your Order Details
For delivery, please enter your name and address in English (Roman letters).
Please enter your name, shipping address, postal code and phone number accurately.
For customers in South Korea
A PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) is required for customs. Please enter it accurately at checkout.
If an item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing customs information, refusal of receipt, or prolonged absence, return shipping, re-delivery fees, additional shipping charges and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations and Returns
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns or refunds requested for personal reasons.
This includes changes to colour, item or quantity. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery while the item is unused, attaching photographs that clearly show the issue. We will review and arrange an exchange or another appropriate remedy.

Every Maison Sbond product is finished by hand in Japan.
We use LWG-certified leather, audited against environmental and labour standards, to make pieces that last.
◾️ About Natural Leather
Maison Sbond leather goods are made from natural leather.
Because it is a natural material, every piece has its own character.
Creases, grain variation, small scratches or marks, vein lines, colour variation and differences in texture may be visible. These are inherent qualities of natural leather and are not defects.
With use and over time, the colour, sheen, texture, softness, shape and thickness may change.
Please enjoy this as the natural ageing of real leather.
◾️About Bloom
Changes in temperature and humidity, particularly during international transit or storage, can draw the natural oils and waxes inside the leather to the surface, where they appear as a white haze.
This is known as “Bloom”.
Bloom is a natural occurrence in real leather. It is not mould and not a defect.
In most cases, gently wiping the surface with a clean, soft, dry cloth restores the original appearance.
◾️About Product Colour
We adjust our photography so that colours appear as close to the actual product as possible.
However, lighting during the shoot, your device, display settings and browser can make colours appear different from the actual item.
Such differences are not considered defects.
◾️Care and Handling
Natural leather can lose colour or transfer colour through friction, moisture, perspiration, humidity or contact with other materials. Please take particular care when wearing light-coloured clothing.
Leather is sensitive to water and humidity. If it gets wet, do not rub it. Blot the moisture gently with a soft, dry cloth, then let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Contact with alcohol, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals or oils may cause discolouration or surface damage.
