◾️Shipping Information
Products are generally shipped from Japan in sequence approximately 1 to 1.5 months after the order date.
Japanese craftsmanship and manufacturing expertise delivered to the world.
Maison Sbond does not compromise on design, functionality, or leather quality. Each item is carefully handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans.
Therefore, shipping may be earlier or delayed depending on production conditions.
In addition, after shipment, delivery may be delayed due to international shipping conditions, customs procedures, local holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
International shipping rates vary by destination country and region. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
International shipments are dispatched from Japan after completing the necessary customs procedures and documentation required for each country, region, and product.
When placing an order, please ensure that you enter your name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and all required customs information accurately. For customers residing in South Korea, the PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) must also be entered correctly.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons such as incorrect address, missing information, insufficient customs details, refusal to receive the package, or long-term absence, all related costs including return shipping fees, reshipping fees, additional delivery charges, customs duties, and any other expenses will be borne by the customer.

◾️Cancellation / Changes / Returns / Refunds
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds due to customer reasons are not accepted.
Changes to color, product, or quantity are also not possible.
Please note that depending on the shipping status, address changes may not be possible after order confirmation. Please double-check all information before placing your order.
If the delivered product has an initial defect or if a wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, with the item unused and accompanied by clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing the request, product condition, and order details, we will determine whether it qualifies as a defect or shipping error and provide an appropriate solution such as an exchange.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Natural characteristics of leather such as wrinkles, grain variations, vein marks, small scratches, color differences, texture differences, and Bloom are not considered defects.
These terms do not limit any rights granted to customers under applicable consumer protection laws in their country or region.

◾️Product Color Information
We adjust and photograph product colors to be as close to the actual item as possible.
However, colors may appear different depending on lighting conditions, device settings, display screens, browsers, and individual environments.
Color differences caused by these factors are not considered product defects.

◾️Natural Leather Characteristics
Maison Sbond products use genuine natural leather.
Due to the nature of natural materials, each item has unique individual variations.
Wrinkles, grain differences, small scratches, vein marks, uneven coloring, and texture variations are natural characteristics of leather and are not considered defects.
In addition, leather may change over time in color, gloss, texture, softness, and shape through use and aging.
This natural aging process is a unique feature of genuine leather and should be enjoyed.

◾️About Bloom
Due to changes in temperature and humidity, especially during international shipping and storage, natural oils and waxes inside the leather may rise to the surface and appear as a white haze.
This is called “Bloom.”
Bloom is a natural phenomenon of genuine leather and is not mold or a defect.
In most cases, it can be easily removed by gently wiping with a clean, dry, soft cloth.

◾️Care and Handling Instructions
Natural leather may experience color transfer or fading due to friction, moisture, sweat, humidity, or contact with other materials.
Please be especially careful when wearing light-colored clothing.
Dye transfer may also occur from materials such as denim.
Leather is sensitive to water and moisture.
If left wet, it may cause stains, discoloration, deformation, or water marks.
If the product gets wet, do not rub it. Gently blot with a soft dry cloth, then allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and high heat.
Avoid contact with alcohol, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or oils, as they may cause discoloration or surface damage.
Sweat and friction may also gradually affect the surface over time.
Depending on individual sensitivity, skin irritation may occur. If any abnormal reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

◾️Product Specifications
Due to the nature of natural materials and handcrafted production, even the same product and color may have slight variations in leather appearance, tone, and texture.
Product specifications, materials, details, and prices may be changed without prior notice due to quality improvements or other reasons.
Some products may also be discontinued without notice.
